Every Corwinds item is printed to order just for you. Because of this, we can't accept returns for a change of mind, but if anything is wrong with your order, we'll make it right.

1. Order changes and cancellations

  • You can change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Email support@corwinds.com with your order number as soon as possible.
  • Once production has started, we can't change or cancel the order.

2. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

  • If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or different from what you ordered, email support@corwinds.com within 15 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the problem. An unboxing video helps us resolve it faster.
  • Once we confirm the issue, we'll send you a free replacement. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll refund the item to your original payment method.

3. Returns

  • Because each item is custom-made, we can't accept returns or give refunds for the wrong size, color choice or a change of mind. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.
  • Personalized items (with a name or number) can only be replaced if they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
  • Please contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without our approval can't be accepted.

4. Exchanges

Want a different size or design? Email support@corwinds.com with the subject "Exchange – [your order number]" and tell us what you'd like instead. Because every item is custom-printed, exchanges are not free: return shipping and reprint costs apply, and we'll confirm the total with you before anything is reprinted.

5. Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Please double-check your address at checkout, including apartment or suite numbers.
  • If a package can't be delivered because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can reprint and reship it, but the reshipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

6. Late or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us right away at support@corwinds.com. We'll check with the carrier and find a solution with you.

7. Returned-to-sender and refused packages

A package may come back to us if the address is invalid or incomplete, the carrier can't access the delivery address, or the package is refused at delivery. We can reship it once the new shipping cost is covered. We can't take responsibility for packages lost because of incorrect address information.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post the refund.
