How long will my order take?

Because every item is made to order just for you, please allow a handling time of 5 business days before your order ships. Once shipped, US delivery takes 2–5 business days. Most US customers receive their order within 7–10 business days total. International times vary — see our Shipping Policy for details.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from our USA facility. We ship worldwide, including the US, Canada, Europe, Australia/NZ, and beyond.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You have a 2-hour window after purchase to request a change or cancellation. Once production starts, we're unable to make changes, since each item is custom-made. Email us at support@corwinds.com as soon as possible and we'll check what's possible.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size chart specific to that item. Our apparel runs in a classic fit — if you're between sizes or prefer a relaxed drape, we recommend sizing up. Still unsure? Email support@corwinds.com and we'll help.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We're sorry if that happens — we'll make it right. Email support@corwinds.com within 15 days of delivery with your order ID and photos (and an unboxing video if available). Once we confirm the issue, we'll send a free replacement.

Do you accept returns?

Because each item is custom-printed just for you, we can't accept returns for wrong size, color choice, or change of mind. We do offer exchanges (return shipping and reprint costs apply). For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we'll replace them free of charge. See our Refund & Exchange Policy for full details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay. Checkout is secure and encrypted.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking after the handling time, email support@corwinds.com.

I entered the wrong shipping address — what now?

Contact us within your 2-hour change window at support@corwinds.com. If the order has already shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reprint it, but the reshipping fee will be your responsibility — so please double-check your address at checkout.
