Shipping Costs

We offer free flat-rate priority insured shipping on every order. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge — please contact us at support@corwinds.com to arrange it.

Processing & Shipping Time

All orders ship from our USA facility. Because every item is made to order, please allow a handling time of 5 business days (Monday to Friday) before your order ships. Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed the next business day.

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States — 2–5 business days
  • Canada — 4–10 business days
  • Western Europe — 5–15 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand — 5–15 business days
  • Rest of the World — 5–20 business days

Shipping rates and delivery windows vary based on the size and weight of the item(s) and the destination. Some circumstances outside our control — customs and security checks, natural disasters, holidays, or weather — may cause delays. While most packages arrive on time, delivery dates are approximate.

Change of Delivery Address

We cannot change the delivery address once an order is in transit. If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at support@corwinds.com.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please see our Refund & Exchange Policy for more information.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse it from the courier where possible and contact our customer service team. If the package was delivered while you were away, please contact customer service and we'll guide you through the next steps.
