Shipping Policy
All Corwinds orders are printed to order and ship from our facility in the USA. We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more (after discounts).
- Orders under $100 ship for a flat $5.99.
- Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Email support@corwinds.com before placing your order to arrange it.
Processing time
Because every item is made to order, please allow up to 5 business days (Monday to Friday) for production before your order ships. Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed the next business day.
Delivery time after shipping
- United States: 2–5 business days
- Canada: 4–10 business days
Most US orders arrive within 7–10 business days of purchase. Delivery dates are estimates: carrier delays, customs checks on Canadian orders, holidays and weather can add a few days.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Changing your delivery address
Contact us at support@corwinds.com within 2 hours of placing your order to update your address. Once an order is in transit, the address can't be changed.
Cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After production starts, they can't be cancelled. See our Refund policy for details.
Parcels damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, email support@corwinds.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and the item. We'll send a free replacement once we confirm the issue.
